Refund policy

Exchanges/refunds will be granted up to 14 days from the date that the product was received. Please make sure you carefully review your order before finalising your purchase.

In the unlikely circumstance you need to return an item to us, please submit a returns request by emailing contact@anjels.uk.

Please be aware that returns must be sent back to us within 14 days of submitting the returns request. To be eligible for a return, your items must be returned in all original packaging (including dust bag) and in ‘as new’ condition. All tags must not have been removed and must be intact. Please make sure to include your proof of purchase receipt within the package so we can determine who the return belongs to. Any items you wish to return are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse & are signed for. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
